Task 7: Focus on the Favours of Forgiveness
Let’s concentrate on the reasons why you should forgive people. List them within a 15-minute time frame and try to provide detail if you can. For example, ‘My anger and resentment towards my ex-husband sets a bad example to my son. By forgiving my husband, I will stop undermining the relationship between my son and his father; a relationship which is very important in these formative years.’
Forgiveness brings so many rewards to you and everyone around you

Add anything else that comes to mind for you – and share it around so others can benefit from your wisdom!
