Simon McCrum is a former Managing Partner who led Darbys Solicitors through the 2008 credit crunch to become the country's fastest-growing law firm, acquired by Knights in 2016. He now runs McCrum Consulting and the McCrum Training Academy, and is the author of the Law Firm Management and Leadership Trilogy.
